At first I went through a couple of days when I was very angry at the people who had made unreasonable demands on me but didn't confront anyone. Then I got past that. "I have been taking the "happy potion" as I like to call it. I am not good about keeping a journal because like everyone else I'm......busy, distracted, lazy...many more excuses. Anyway, I am very aware of what goes on in my body and I try not to sound too much like a quack but I pay very close attention to see if things are changing. I will say my mood has improved! And that really makes me happy and alittle scared. I want to make sure it's not a placebo effect for me. I really wouldn't care if it was, whatever works! But I do want to know what's going on physically with my body. I'm a little skeptical to think that 4 little drops of something 3 or more times a day is going to cure my thyroid condition.
