This Month's Question
I'm getting great results from my combination. How do I know when to stop and what do I do when I'm done?
If you've gotten the results that you want, then you've
achieved balance in your body in this area. Take the
combination only when you feel the symptoms returning
or when you feel out of balance.
What throws us out of balance is the food we eat, the
environment we live in, our emotional space, and the people
we interact with. Basically, it is unavoidable. For
this reason, we recommend that you avoid the processed
foods (white flour, white sugar, enriched foods, high
fructose corn syrup, etc.), journal and take
care of yourself.
In addition, we also recommend that you take the
Custom
Combination Questionnaire to get a combination to
clear any remaining issues.

Do you love a good book? I do. I love curling up with a good book
just before I go to bed, or on cool days in front of the fire. Some
of my favorite authors include Tracy Chevalier and Catherine Ponder.
One of my favorite holiday books is by Donna VanLiere called
The Christmas Shoes (Christmas Hope Series #1)
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, this book is worth reading. It's
all about the hope of the season.

Another of my favorite's is The Secret by Rhonda Byrne .
Like many people, I've seen the movie (I even own it) and still I love reading the book and jotting down notes as new things come to me.

One of the wisest, most spiritual women I know is Caroline Reynolds, author of Spiritual Fitness: How to Live in Truth and Trust .
She understands how the world works and how you can, on a deeper spiritual level, best relate to it. I believe in her so much that she's one of my personal coaches.

Natural Weight Loss
Do you want to lose weight? These days, who doesn't? This article is about the natural ways that you can lose weight. The ancient methods of good old-fashioned healthy eating and exercise still work. The spring is here, and it is the perfect time to make some lifestyle changes and shed some extra pounds.
No matter what the reason, successful weight loss and healthy weight management depend on sensible expectations. If you have reasonable expectations, chances are you'll be more likely to meet them and have a better chance of keeping the weight off. Losing weight gradually can actually improve your health.
Drinking water is crucial to weight loss. Most of your body weight is fluid anyway, and the initial pounds that you lose will consist of fluid. Drinking water will help you to flush your system and stay well hydrated. By consuming a healthy amount of water daily, you will cause your body to retain less water. You will also feel more energized, because water aids the fluids in your body that circulate and bring nutrients to your cells.
Didn't your parents tell you to eat your vegetables? It is true that they are good for you. In fact, if you are trying to lose weight, vegetables can help. Vegetables contain water, vitamins, fiber, and protein. They can provide energy, and the fiber can help reduce your appetite. Depending on how they are prepared, they are also much lower in calories than other foods. Be sure to eat vegetables everyday. (The same things are true for fresh fruit!)
Go for a walk as often as possible. Why not make it a daily thing? You can also take dancing lessons or practice a sport. In other words: exercise. The more you move your body, the more calories you will burn. The more calories you burn, the more weight you will lose. Make excuses to burn calories. Rollerblade, go biking, go boating, or go to a park and throw a ball around. Whatever you do, don't sit around all day. The weather is nice, so go out and enjoy it. Not only will it boost your mood, it will make you healthier, stronger, and lighter.
One of the biggest keys to losing weight naturally is to the image you have of yourself. As you gain weight, the image that you hold of yourself changes too. To successfully lose weight, you must imagine yourself as the weight you want to be, not the weight you are. Stand in front of the mirror, and imagine yourself looking and feeling like the ideal you.
Your self-talk also has to support your ideal weight. Tell yourself that you weigh your ideal weight, or that you are wearing your desired dress size. For some, this is an unbelievable task. If that’s the case, then as you stand looking at yourself in the mirror, tell yourself that you are getting thinner or that you are getting closer to wearing the size you want. After all, you’ve been eating sensibly and exercising a little, right?
Losing weight naturally does take discipline, but you can do it. Incorporate water, vegetables and fruits into your daily meal plan. Replace those fatty food choices with healthier ones. Eliminate sugar, high fructose corn syrup and enriched flour from your diet. Watch your calories, and burn as many as you can. Weight loss is not an easy or an instant thing, but it is simple. Eat less, and exercise more.
Make sure that you keep the pounds off this season. Order and follow the Weight Loss Program 3 Easy Steps to Weight Loss today!

Get Rid of Depression This Holiday Season
According to experts there are many reasons why people feel depressed during the holidays. For some getting depressed is a natural reaction to over fatigue. For others it is a reaction to lack of finances or family tensions that seem to mount around the holiday season.
If you are someone who tends to have holiday blues, there are many things you can do to have more joy and less stress in this coming season. This year could be more challenging since everyone is dealing with economic challenges, but it doesn't have to be a sad time.
Many psychologists suggest that when an individual looks at their circumstances and is able to be honest about what they can do and what they cannot. This means that if there are lots of requirements to run around or stay up wrapping gifts that it can be done in a way to pace things out or some things should be delegated to others.
Some people find that doing something to help others will bring them out of a depressed mood. Volunteering at the neighborhood senior center can generate good feelings for everyone involved.
Today, when everything is very hectic some people find that taking an herbal supplement like St. John's Wort for calming or a flower essence like Sweet Chestnut for relaxing the body can be the right step to take when they are feeling down or severely stressed out.
Many people like combinations of flower essences and they recommend using Bach Flower's Healing Combinations for Depression. This particular combination resolves several triggers that may lead to depression like anxiety, mood swings, low energy or irritability. It contains several flower essences including Aspen which curbs unknown feelings of anxiety.
Some people find that taking a little extra vitamin C and eating more fruits and vegetables can give them more energy on a daily basis. Also taking time alone just to take a walk around the block or collect your thoughts is a very good idea to help you rejuvenate.
This holiday season it is a great idea to move out of the depression and into the sunny more homey aspects of being together with family and creating stronger bonds.
Eliminate depression today. Get yourself or someone you love a bottle of Healing Combinations for Depression today!

Get Rid of Fatigue and Enjoy the Holidays
Here we are again leading to the center of the holidays. We hardly get the kids through Halloween when it is time to at least start thinking about Christmas while getting ready for Thanksgiving.
Fatigue is always a part of any holiday celebration and often we can't get through it until all of the holidays are over. The most important thing we can do for ourselves is to make sure that we take good care of ourselves during this fast paced time.
There are a number of reasons why fatigue happens whether it is during the holidays or at other times. Sometimes we get fatigued because we are not doing something we love to do. At other times we are dealing with resistance to doing a task or boredom because it is a task that is so boring that we want to scream.
You can also suffer fatigue because you have taken on too many things to do and you might have to delegate some of the holiday duties to others in the family so that you can take a rest once in awhile.
How can you help yourself to more energy during the holidays? Many people schedule a day of pampering during this busy time. They will go to a day spa for a massage and perhaps an herbal treatment. Others will take time away from the family to take a long bath that includes essential oils.
Today, many people are finding relief by using aromatherapy. They find that certain smells like lavender or peppermint used in a diffuser will send a fragrance throughout the house that is calm and soothing.
When you are dealing with the stresses of the day aromatherapy can be a godsend to get you calmed after that long day of shopping.
Other people enjoy using flower essences like Clematis for a sense of grounding, Hornbeam that lifts the fatigue level and exhaustion so that you have more energy or White Chestnut that eases the quiet chatter and worry that sometimes comes from dealing with day to day issues. You can find these three in a blend that is created by a Bach Flower Essence combination called Healing Combinations for Fatigue.
What every method of relaxation you choose to do; you must take good care of yourself during this holiday season so you will be able to stay healthy. When you take time to relax, it will energize you for the next trip.
Take care of yourself by investing in a bottle of Healing Combinations for Fatigue today!
