If an item you ordered from Healing Combinations does not meet your expectations, simply return the unused portion within one year of receiving it. Mail the item (empty or not), invoice and all original packaging and accessories to Customer Service. If your refund request is received within 45 days of the original purchase, we will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method for the amount you paid us for the cost of the item, sales tax and standard shipping, if applicable. If the request is received more than 45 days after the original purchase, we will issue a check to you at the address we have on file for the amount of your purchase, including sales tax and standard shipping. It's that simple. No question, no discussion, no argument. In lieu of a refund, you may replace your product with a personalized, custom combination at our cost.
